*OUTDOOR PERFORMANCE CLAUSE

Outdoor venues: The Client will insure that entire entertainment performance area or stage is covered and secured from rain and the elements. If performance area is not covered, DJ Charlie Roberts will make the final decision whether to set up outside or move the performance no later than 2 hours prior to the scheduled performance start. If the performance area cannot be moved inside, the performance will be cancelled without Charlie Roberts incurring any refund or rescheduling obligations. At anytime during the performance should the threat of rain and/or lightening appear imminent, Charlie Roberts reserves the right to conclude the performance without incurring any refund or rescheduling obligations.
